We Believe in the Power of Diversity: How It Drives Our Growth
In today’s landscape, diversity is not just a principle but a transformative force driving innovation and organizational progress. At +Diversity, we understand that an inclusive and diverse environment is essential for fostering a collaborative and resilient culture. Diversity goes beyond respecting and welcoming individuals; it also involves creating fair opportunities for all employees to develop their careers and reach their full potential.
Our Commitment to Diversity
We recognize that the journey towards a truly inclusive environment is ongoing and requires continuous effort. However, we are committed to a constant evolution, learning from our employees who bring diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Together, these elements make our environment more creative, innovative, and diverse.
Diversity is one of the pillars of our success. It challenges us, teaches us, and makes us stronger. By celebrating differences, we not only respect individuality but also create a space where new ideas can flourish freely. This is our goal: a company where everyone feels welcome, regardless of origin, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
Inclusion in the Workplace with +Diversity
To reinforce respect for differences, we launched the +Diversity program. This initiative aims to promote genuine and continuous inclusion across various diversity dimensions: LGBTI+, Gender, Ethnicity, Generations, and People with Disabilities (PwD). We believe that actions focused on these groups are essential to ensure all voices are heard and respected within the corporate environment.
Our commitment is to provide our professionals with the necessary conditions to fully express their potential, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or disability. We are dedicated to creating an environment where differences are recognized as sources of diversity, creativity, and innovation, rather than obstacles to professional growth.
A Culture of Inclusion in Continuous Transformation
We understand that evolution is a constant process, and we are always ready to learn, adapt, and improve. To further strengthen our culture of diversity, we promote training sessions, educational campaigns, and dialogue spaces so that everyone can understand the importance of an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
Additionally, we encourage active participation in initiatives that promote inclusion and strengthen an increasingly diverse culture.
Be the Change: For a Fairer and More Inclusive Future!

Success Story 2024
ALQUIMIA Program - Training PwDs in the IT Field
Our Commitment to Inclusion:
We have increased the number of employees with disabilities (PwDs) in the company by 128% over the past 5 years through the ALQUIMIA program, which offers training in the IT field, promoting the growth and inclusion of people with disabilities in the job market.
Testimonials about the Alquimia Program
Employee: JHONATTAN ROSA FREIRE – 29 YEARS OLD
Area: LICENSING Intelligence Center
“In May 2022, I began my journey at the company through a spectacular program called Alquimia, which generates various opportunities for people who often wouldn’t have the chance to demonstrate their capabilities.
Once hired as a PwD through Alquimia, I was assigned to the CIT, where I was to observe and learn the Licensing process. After one year of work, I received great news: I would become an Analyst within the CIT. Today, with everything I’ve learned, I’ve become the focal point for licensing management, not only handling deliveries but also playing an active role in the entire process. With the company’s support, I obtained ITIL 4 certification, and I’m progressing, having recently embarked on new paths for professional qualification in Data Analysis.”
ARTUR FERREIRA – 24 YEARS OLD
ACCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT
“I started working with a formal contract for the first time at 18 as a young apprentice in an Arab restaurant located in República. I stayed there for 11 months, and during that period, I also studied Food Production at CIEE. After that contract ended, I continued working as a kitchen assistant, this time in a supermarket where I remained for a year until the pandemic led to layoffs, and I was one of them. After that, I worked for a year and a half at a banking correspondent as a financial consultant, also during the pandemic, and unfortunately, due to the circumstances, the company declared bankruptcy. After that, Positivo S+ found me and opened the doors for me to work here, a place entirely different from all the ones I mentioned earlier, and it’s where I want to establish myself and stay for a long time, God willing.”
MARIA CARMELITA – 69 YEARS OLD
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
“I took the Systems Analysis and Development course at Unesp and, at 55, earned my professional diploma.
During this same period, I discovered that my disability was eligible for the government’s quota program for people with disabilities, which allowed me to return to the job market, this time after many years under a formal contract. I was an administrative assistant at a large company in the real estate sector.
I was a receptionist and today I work at SLAM and I have been challenged to constantly learn about new processes and languages, since the queue of calls I answer involve technical processes that some of them I had never heard of before. Positivo S+ allowed me to learn a little more about the world of technology that I studied, I was always welcomed in response to my needs, whether they were adaptations to improve my daily life or assistance from peers and managers.”
