HOW WE MAKE IT HAPPEN

Our Process

Our AMS support process aims to present a standard incident and request support model for handling demands from site functional leaders, aligned with business strategies.

In order to have a methodology that provides monitoring and control, it is necessary to create a ticket in the ITSM tool or receive an email from the Client, which must be assigned to the AMS. In the event of a critical incident, our AMS support team can be contacted by phone, provided that a ticket has been created for the incident by the user, or an email has been sent by the responsible person and/or functional leader designated by the Client.

Incident Registration

Clients can report incidents via phone or email. A unique tracking number (AMS ticket) ensures every issue is properly logged and addressed.

Analysis & Resolution

Our AMS specialists analyze the request and implement the necessary solution.

Clear Communication

Functional Leaders are key contacts between AMS and end-users, ensuring seamless updates and approvals.
